But who are we?
There is :
Mathieu , an agricultural BTS in Plant Technologies (TV) and a BAC in Science and Technology of Agronomy and Life (option "plant production").
"During our first visit to La Bracadelle Haute farm, I knew right away that it was the one! As the visit progressed, ideas emerged; we were already imagining how to develop the farm, what to do there... Starting from scratch is a real gamble, but we wanted to believe in it. Today, I'm sure of it: working the land is my passion; it's something tangible!"
Being a farmer is a real responsibility: what we produce is then consumed by our customers, and our wish is not only to feed them but to delight them with healthy products!

Marion, an agricultural BTS in Rural Services (training at the heart of local development, where we learn project design and monitoring, facilitation and communication…) and a BAC in Science and Technology of Agronomy and Life (option ""plant production"").

As avid nature lovers, we both share many passions: fishing, mushrooms, hiking,…
It was at the La Raque higher school in Aude that our paths crossed and we quickly realized that we both wanted the same life.
It is clear that this is a real life project in which we are 100% invested... the renovation of the house, the 10-hectare park to fence, the fields to work, the pig huts to build, the garden...In short, a lot of work, but it's certain that we could never have progressed so quickly without our amazing family!
We have many long years ahead of us that won't be easy, but it seems important to us to be able to live our passion and participate in preserving healthy and authentic agriculture. It's our way of living in harmony with ourselves...
We are aware that we will have little time left for ourselves, but it doesn't matter; at La Bracadelle, every day is a holiday... or not!!
In any case, rest assured, we will do everything we can to achieve this because we envision our lives as farmers!
